About the Role We are looking for a Junior Designer to support the delivery of high-quality creative work across Frank’s client portfolio and Frank’s own brand. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their design career who wants to build strong foundations, develop fast, and create work they are proud to put in their portfolio. You will work closely with designers, marketers and digital specialists to turn briefs into clear, effective visual output. You will be supported, guided and challenged, with increasing responsibility as your confidence grows. What You’ll Be Doing Design delivery • Produce design work across digital and print formats, including social media graphics, email visuals, simple web assets, brochures and campaign materials, • Work within established brand guidelines and visual systems, • Create visual assets that align to messaging and objectives, • Assist with email campaign visuals, social content and marketing collateral, • Support the creation and updating of website visuals and content assets, • Collaborate with the wider team to understand briefs and priorities, • Contribute ideas and creative suggestions in team discussions, • Manage deadlines across multiple tasks and projects, • Keep files organised and prepared properly for handover, • Maintain strong attention to detail across all outputs Our Ideal Team Member You do not need years of agency experience.
