Job Title: Experienced Plumber (MLCP & Pressfit Specialist) Location: Winchester & Surrounding Areas (Within 1-Hour Radius) Job Type: Temp to Perm Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Overtime Available About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced and detail-oriented Plumber to join a growing and reputable team delivering high-spec residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for a plumber with strong experience in MLCP and Pressfit systems, as well as underfloor heating and high-end bathroom installations. You will be working on premium projects where quality, precision, and professionalism are key. Key Responsibilities • Installation and maintenance of MLCP (Multi-Layer Composite Pipe) systems, • Working with Pressfit systems to a high standard, • Installation, servicing, and fault-finding on underfloor heating systems, • Full plumbing installations on high-end / luxury bathrooms, including bespoke layouts, • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications, • Ensuring all work meets current building regulations and health & safety standards, • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Requirements • Proven experience with MLCP and Pressfit systems, • Strong background in underfloor heating installations, • Experience working on high-end residential projects, • Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent preferred), • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship, • Ability to work independently and within a team, • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred) What’s on Offer • Competitive pay (based on experience), • Overtime opportunities available, • Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects, • Ongoing training and development, • Supportive and professional working environment, • Opportunity to work on premium, high-spec projects
