Role Overview This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to work with the newly appointed General Manager on the relaunch of a 130-bedroom upper-scale lifestyle hotel in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. This hotel will be the UK debut of an international lifestyle hotel brand from a highly reputable global brand owner. The hotel will be neighbourhood-led, locally connected and full of personality, with a strong restaurant offer and a clear focus on creating a distinctive experience for both guests and the team alike. The Sales & Marketing Manager will play a central role in driving revenue across rooms, food and beverage and ancillary spend, with proactive sales activity sitting at the heart of the role. Working closely with InnPractices senior leadership team, you will focus on generating demand, converting business and building a strong sales pipeline. The position will also support the hotels wider commercial visibility through local outreach, partnership development, social selling and campaign implementation, ensuring marketing activity is closely aligned to sales priorities and revenue delivery.
