Job Advert\n Sales & Purchasing CoordinatorAshby-de-la-Zouch£24,420 - £28,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent BenefitsPermanent | Office Based \n Macildowie are working with this client based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch to recruit a Sales & Purchasing Coordinator for an established business operating within the commercial interiors and workplace solutions sector. \n This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role supporting furniture projects from initial enquiry through to installation, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal project teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. \n If you're an organised administrator with purchasing experience, strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships, this could be an excellent next step in your career. The Role\n As Sales & Purchasing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: \n\n • Supporting the delivery of furniture packages from enquiry through to completion\n, • Producing quotations and product specifications\n, • Purchasing furniture and placing supplier orders\n, • Coordinating deliveries and installation schedules\n, • Liaising with customers, suppliers and project teams\n, • Managing project documentation using SharePoint\n, • Updating project management systems with opportunities and orders\n, • Checking supplier acknowledgements and purchase invoices\n, • Supporting project close-out activities\n, • Maintaining supplier relationships and furniture pricing information\n, • Providing general administration support across the team\nAbout You\n We're looking for someone who has: \n\n • Previous purchasing or procurement administration experience\n, • Excellent organisation and administration skills\n, • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities\n, • Good Microsoft Office skills\n, • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines\n, • A proactive, positive approach to work\n, • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle\n\n Desirable experience includes: \n\n • Logistics knowledge\n, • Experience within commercial interiors, furniture or office-based project environments\n, • Mac OS familiarity\n, • An interest in workplace design or interiors\nWhat's on Offer?\n\n, • £24,420 - £28,000 depending on experience\n, • Company bonus scheme\n, • Pension\n, • Life insurance\n, • Employee wellbeing programme\n, • Company events\n, • Free onsite parking\n, • Genuine opportunities for development\n\n If you're looking to join a supportive business where you'll be given responsibility, variety and the chance to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you.
