About You The successful candidate will have: • Previous experience within the road transport or logistics sector., • A proven track record of managing customer accounts and service delivery., • Experience leading and developing teams with multiple direct reports., • Strong commercial awareness and operational management skills., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities., • Knowledge of drivers' hours legislation and transport compliance requirements., • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail., • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word., • A structured and methodical approach to problem-solving., • Flexibility to travel regularly to customer sites, including occasional overnight stays.
