Sales Development Representative\n\nWe have several fantastic opportunities for Junior and experienced Sales Development Representatives with 12-18 months’ experience in a sales or 360 recruitment position to join a fast growing organisation with huge growth opportunities.\n\nSalary: Junior SDR £25k – SDR £26k–£27k (base)\n\nRealistic commission (first year): £5,000–£10,000\n\nPosition:\n\nPhone-led outbound role — own daily outreach, start meaningful conversations with senior buyers and book high-quality meetings for WHAM clients.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\n * Make high-volume, high-quality outbound calls and follow-ups to senior decision makers (MDs, Heads of Marketing, etc.).\n\n * Qualify prospects against client criteria and book meetings that convert.\n\n * Keep accurate, timely records in Salesforce (pipeline updates, call notes, next steps).\n\n * Hit activity and conversion KPIs (dials, talk time, meetings booked, conversion %).\n\n * Work with Data/Analytics and Delivery to ensure prospects are correctly targeted and handed over.\n\n * Take coaching, iterate quickly and own personal development through WHAM training.\n\n * Contribute to process improvements — share what’s working and help refine scripts, cadences and ICPs.\n\nWho we’re looking for:\n\nCulture fit\n\n * A proper team player — easy to get on with, invested in the team’s success and comfortable working in a relaxed, collaborative environment.\n\n * Positive, dependable and willing to muck in; takes feedback well.\n\nStyle of selling\n\n * Consultative, not telecoms. Emotional selling: asks open questions, uncovers pain and sells outcomes rather than features.\n\n * Builds rapport quickly, shows empathy and steers conversations from curiosity to a booked meeting.\n\nExperience & skills\n\n * 12-18 months’ experience in sales or 360 recruitment position (preferred). We hire for attitude first, but this level of exposure is helpful.\n\n * Comfortable on the phone and resilient to rejection.\n\n * Coachable, curious about business and commercially aware.\n\n * Good written and verbal communication; organised; strong time management.\n\n * Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a bonus.\n\nProgression & training\n\n * Structured on-the-job training.\n\n * Clear progression to Senior Sales Rep / Account Manager based on activity, conversion, CRM proficiency and commercial behaviour.\n\nKPIs / success measures\n\n * Weekly/monthly meetings booked.\n\n * Conversion rate from meeting to qualified opportunity.\n\n * Talk time / dials / contact rate.\n\n * CRM hygiene (timely notes, next steps).\n\nBenefits\n\n * Competitive base and the realistic commission above (£5k–£10k first year).\n\n * Uncapped commission.\n\n * Training, progression and a collaborative team culture.\n\n * Standard benefits (wellbeing support, private healthcare options, flexible leave)
