What you can look forward to: ⭐ Reduced Working Week Work just 44 hours per week, reduced from the previous 47-hour working week. ⭐ Plan Ahead with Confidence Receive your 4-week rota at least two weeks in advance, giving you valuable time to plan family life, appointments, holidays, and personal commitments. ⭐ Flexible Shift Patterns You will work 44 hours across a 7-day period, typically through: · 4 x 11-hour shifts, or · 5 shorter shifts across the week. ⭐ Weekend Working Included As part of a 24/7 operation, your rota will include weekend shifts, ensuring workloads are shared fairly across the team. ⭐ Variety and Flexibility No two weeks need look the same. Due to our continuous growth at Notemachine, we’re looking for a sharp, dependable Cash Handler/Dispatcher to join our critical operations team at our depot. In this dynamic role, you will manage cash processing, handle dispatching tasks, and collaborate closely with the operations / CIT team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Your contributions will support the overall operations and strengthen our commitment to excellence. What you will be doing: You’ll be based in our Depot, acting as the central hub between our vault and our road team. The following duties will be: · Accurately count, verify, and record cash to ensure precise financial records · Manage the preparation of dispatching of cash handlers · Monitor our drivers throughout the day and providing administration support to them from our office · Maintain up-to-date records of cash movements and report any discrepancies immediately for prompt resolution · Work closely with other team members to coordinate daily tasks and achieve departmental goals efficiently · Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security measures · Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on best practices and compliance requirements. · Must not have any live County Court Judgements (CCJs), live Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs or known as in Scotland as Trust Deed) or within last 10 years, or have bankruptcy declarations What makes you a great fit: · You’re the person people can count on to show up and give 100% · You must be proficient in handling and reconciling cash transactions accurately, attention to detail is key · We require you to have excellent communication skills to coordinate with our team and clients effectively · Your ability to follow established security protocols for cash handling is essential · It's important that you can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy · You should work effectively towards time critical windows · Your capability to work independently and take initiative will be crucial for this role Requirements: · A valid FULL UK manual driving licence is essential · Cash handling experience · Dispatching experience · Warehouse experience (preferred) · We value the right attitude above all else Why you will love to work with us: · Salary - £28,676 · Life Insurance (4x salary) · Sick Pay · Annual leave – 23 days rising with service · Health & Wellbeing programme · Company pension · On-site parking · Store discount · We provide your full uniform and comprehensive job training to make sure you’re fully equipped to do the job Ready to Join the Team?
