Project Manager\n\n£21.66phr\n\n3 months\n\nLiverpool\n\nImmediate start\n\nProject Manager required for one of our not for profit organisations to manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, time, cost and quality. Apply recognised project management methodologies and develop and maintain robust project documentation.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities.\n\nTrack and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and programmes.\nWork collaboratively with clinical, operational, digital and corporate stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user needs.\nFacilitate workshops, design sessions and stakeholder engagement sessions.\nTranslate clinical and operational requirements into deliverable digital solutions.\nSupport change management and adoption of digital systems and new ways of working.\nIdentify, assess and manage risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.\nEnsure projects adhere to governance frameworks and reporting cycles.\nSupport programme boards and steering groups with accurate, timely reporting.\nEnsure information governance, data protection and cyber security requirements are met.\nSupport budget management, forecasting and financial controls for digital projects.\nManage supplier relationships and third-party deliverables where required.\nEnsure value for money and benefits realisation.\nProvide project management expertise and advice across the organisation.\nSupport junior project staff or project officers where required. \n\nExperience\n\nSignificant experience managing complex projects in a large, multi‑stakeholder organisation\nExperience delivering digital, IT or transformation projects\nExperience of working within the public sector\nManaging project risks, issues, finances and reporting\nStakeholder engagement at operational and senior management level \n\nKnowledge & Skills\n\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies\nExcellent communication and influencing skills\nAbility to manage ambiguity and change in complex environments\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent organisational and prioritisation skills\nUnderstanding of digital strategy and transformation agendas \n\nSellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
