Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner Location: Liverpool, Warrington, Runcorn or Wigan with hybrid working Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE The Opportunity A well-established and growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner to join its busy and highly regarded Conveyancing team. The Role You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, maintaining high standards of client care and compliance throughout. Key responsibilities include: • Managing residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity matters, • Maintaining strong communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and third parties, • Managing files efficiently in line with deadlines, compliance and regulatory requirements, • Providing clear and commercially pragmatic advice to clients throughout the transaction process, • Resolving issues proactively and maintaining momentum on transactions, • Maintaining accurate file management and compliance standards, • Supporting assistants and junior colleagues where appropriate, • Contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment, • Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and client experience Candidate Requirements The firm is open to applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners.
