We’re looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Procurement Governance Framework and drive our sustainability agenda. In this pivotal role, you will partner with the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), Procurement Leadership Team, HR, and various business stakeholders to enhance procurement maturity, foster organizational effectiveness, and cultivate future talent. \n This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to be a key transformation leader in the long-term evolution of our Procurement function. Key Accountabilities Procurement Governance\n\n • Own and enhance the Procurement Governance Framework, including policies, procedures, and decision-making processes.\n, • Ensure governance is effective, scalable, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.\n, • Drive continuous improvement in procurement controls and compliance processes.\nESG & Sustainable Procurement\n\n, • Define and execute the Procurement ESG roadmap.\n, • Collaborate with sourcing and category teams to integrate ESG principles into procurement activities.\n, • Monitor ESG performance and reporting.\nCapability & Talent Development\n\n, • Establish and lead the Global Procurement Academy.\n, • Define capability frameworks, learning pathways, and development programs.\n, • Partner with HR and Procurement Leadership on talent and succession strategies.\nChange & Transformation\n\n, • Lead capability-building and organizational transformation initiatives.\n, • Drive the adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models.\n, • Develop communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.\n, • Ensure effective communication and alignment across Procurement and key business stakeholders.\nPerformance & Value Governance\n\n, • Own procurement savings governance and reporting methodology.\n, • Support executive reporting and enhance performance transparency.\n, • Collaborate with analytics teams to improve procurement insights and decision-making.\nLeadership Expectations\n\n, • Lead through influence rather than direct authority.\n, • Build strong relationships across Procurement, Finance, Shared Services, HR, and the Business.\n, • Act as a trusted advisor to the Procurement Leadership Team.\n, • Drive change and deliver results in a complex global environment.\n, • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\nEducation Requirements\n\n, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline is required.\n, • Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in procurement operations, governance, or process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are desirable.\nExperience Requirements\n\n, • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in procurement operations, shared services, or governance roles.\n, • Proven success in managing procurement execution teams and driving operational performance.\n, • Strong background in compliance, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.\n, • Experience working with cross-functional teams and shared service environments.\n, • Experience in procurement transformation, management consulting, procurement excellence, organizational development, or capability building.\n\n If you’re ready to take on this exciting challenge and make a significant impact in our organization, we encourage you to apply and join us on this transformative journey!
