Duties/Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform., • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations based on business needs., • Customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI pages, and scripts using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jelly., • Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, including discovery and integration with third-party data sources., • Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor system performance and usage., • Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements in accordance with best practices., • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure system stability and reliability., • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users and administrators as needed., • Document technical designs, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference., • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve system performance and user experience., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions., • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, to facilitate project coordination and delivery., • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform to optimize business workflows and increase efficiency.
