The role of Senior Analyst is hugely significant to the development of Therapy Trends reports. Individuals who achieve success in this position will go on to lead core areas within the disease analysis franchise. This is a hands‑on role, where fast‑changing industry events will demand a rapid response from you. You will have the energy and drive to be first to report on the challenges and opportunities that our clients face on a day‑to‑day basis. Overview We are seeking an Associate Consultant at Senior Analyst / Junior Consultant level (c. 2–4 years’ experience in consulting) to support an international business planning transformation programme within the FMCG sector. The role involves delivering structured project sprints across global markets, working closely with a senior director and global/local client teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant with early-career experience to gain international exposure, deliver tangible process change, and engage with senior stakeholders across multiple divisions. Key Responsibilities • Project Delivery: Support the rollout of an established commercial/business planning methodology across multiple divisions., • Workshops & Interviews: Conduct structured interviews and workshops with client stakeholders to capture current practices, identify gaps, and co-create improvements., • Analysis & Reporting: Consolidate findings into clear, structured outputs, identifying variances against the playbook methodology., • Facilitation: Engage cross-functional client teams, facilitating workshops and ensuring alignment around process/organisational changes., • Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams within client markets., • Collaboration: Work alongside a senior director to co-lead sprints, alternating between independent client delivery and joint facilitation., • Flexibility: Operate effectively across time zones (Europe, India, North America, Asia) with adjusted working hours where needed. Required Experience & Skills • 2–4 years’ experience in management consulting, business transformation, or process optimisation., • Exposure to FMCG / retail / consumer goods projects (advantageous but not essential)., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (qualitative focus, not heavy quantitative modelling)., • Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to run interviews and workshops, distil insights, and present to leadership teams., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sprint-based project environment., • Fluent in English (other languages not required)., • Willingness to travel internationally (initially Mumbai for 2 weeks). BASIC PURPOSE The Commercial Planning Analyst will play a critical support role to the Commercial Planning Manager across Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. With a strong command of Tableau, Excel, and multi-currency pricing frameworks, the Analyst will ensure smooth execution of commercial strategy across regions. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Pricing & Currency File Management: • Build and maintain complex multi-currency pricing files for both brands., • Support the accurate entry and validation of fares and promotional rates across UK, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions., • Assist in updating and auditing standard fare and promotional pricing grids. Business Support & Insight: • Monitor campaign ROI and sales effectiveness through data-led insight., • Prepare and distribute regular trackers including the International Campaign Plan, RM Tracker, and Monday Sales Reports., • Collaborate with global offices to ensure consistent data reporting practices and support local marketing teams with commercial queries., • Manage individual or ad-hok requests from international team members on select sailings for covert or confidential business opportunities for their regions. Tools & Process Optimization: • Support the ongoing development of automation and process improvements across commercial tools., • Partner with IT or BI teams when required to enhance Tableau and data visualization solutions. EXPERIENCE • Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial, pricing, or analytical role. Travel industry experience is preferred. COMPETENCIES / SKILLS • Highly proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)., • Experience with Tableau or another visual reporting tool (Tableau certification a plus)., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and pricing validation., • Able to prioritise and manage workload across multiple markets and stakeholders., • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
