CNC Miller Chesterfield Circa £20 per hour Days only – Monday to Friday Shillito Group are recruiting for a skilled CNC Miller to join a growing precision engineering business. This is a days based role offering stability, long-term progression, and the opportunity to work on high spec components in a clean, well run environment. The Role • Program, set and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc / Manual Guide, • Machine high-precision components to tight tolerances, • Work with a range of materials including stainless steel, titanium and specialist alloys, • Carry out first off and in process inspection, • Select tooling, speeds and feeds to optimise performance, • Take ownership of jobs from start to finish What We’re Looking For • Proven experience as a CNC Miller in a precision environment, • Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls, • Ability to program, set and operate independently, • Confident working to tight tolerances and complex drawings, • Proactive approach with a focus on quality and efficiency, • Offline programming experience would be advantageous (Fusion 360) Why Apply • Days only, • Stable, growing business, • Clear opportunity to progress into senior roles, including Machine Shop Manager, • Clean, organised and well invested workshop
