\n Administrator\n Location: North Somerset\n Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience\n Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 (4:30pm finish on Fridays)\n Additional: Closed over Christmas\n \n About the Company\n \n \n A small UK-based SME is looking to recruit a Full-Time Administrator to join its team.\n \n \n Previous industry experience would be desirable but is not essential, as full training will be provided.\n \n The Role\n \n \n \n • Assisting with other duties and tasks as required to support the smooth running of the business.\n, • Providing administrative support to senior members of the team.\n, • General Duties\n, • Sorting incoming and outgoing post.\n, • Filing and maintaining accurate records.\n, • Monitoring and maintaining stationery stocks.\n, • Completing meter readings as required.\n, • Ensuring adequate office equipment and supplies are maintained.\n, • General communication and liaison with customers and other parties by telephone and email.\n, • General Office Administration\n, • Liaising with contractors and clients regarding quotations and works.\n, • Ensuring annual reviews are booked in a timely manner.\n, • Preparing documents and information before reports are quality checked.\n, • Prioritising and administratively checking incoming reports received electronically.\n, • Preparing and sending quotations and managing relevant follow-ups.\n, • Assisting the Senior Administrator with client quotations.\n, • Ensuring all relevant paperwork is provided to technical staff for booked appointments.\n, • Allocating work to technical staff.\n, • Scheduling appointments and managing the company diary.\n, • Liaising with customers by telephone and email regarding incoming works and requests.\n, • Technical Administration\n \n This is a varied administration role supporting the technical and general office functions of the business.
