Resource Planning & Operations Manager – Utilities / Energy Location: Jersey (La Collette) Sector: Electricity Distribution | Field Operations | Workforce Planning Lead the planning and performance of a critical energy network. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Resource Planning & Operations Manager to take ownership of workforce planning, field resource deployment, and service delivery performance across a complex electricity distribution network. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting infrastructure that powers over 55,000 service and metering points, substations, and an extensive cable network.
