Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Repairs & Maintenance Support Officer to join their busy, forward-thinking team in Morden. In this role, you’ll help ensure responsive repairs, voids, and cyclical maintenance services run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with Clarion’s quality standards. How You’ll Make an Impact • Support the delivery and monitoring of responsive repairs, voids, and cyclical works, ensuring contractors meet quality, cost, and time standards., • Maintain and update Clarion’s repairs, housing, and compliance systems, ensuring accurate data and effective workflow management., • Work closely with the Customer Contact Centre to support correct repairs diagnosis, appointment scheduling, and customer communication., • Provide reporting and analysis on repairs volumes, expenditure, contractor performance, and customer satisfaction., • Raise works orders, process invoices, assist with pre-inspections, and ensure compliance with Clarion’s governance procedures., • Take a proactive approach to resolving customer enquiries and supporting service improvements across repairs and maintenance.What We’re Looking For, • Experience within repairs, maintenance, or a housing-related environment., • Strong understanding of landlord compliance, servicing requirements, and contractor processes., • Confident using IT systems including Outlook, Word, Excel, and housing/repairs databases., • Methodical, well-organised, and able to manage competing priorities., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.Assignment Details, • Start date: ASAP, • Duration: 3 months, • Location: Morden, SM4 (full-time office-based), • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, • Pay: £16.11 per hour (PAYE) / £20.37 per hour (Umbrella) Apply now with your most up-to-date CV.
