About You You will be able to work closely with colleagues, have good communication skills, and a professional approach to working with young people and foster carers. Requirements for the right candidate include: • Qualifications and experience of working with children and young people are desirable, • A strong desire to support vulnerable children and young people achieve their best outcomes is essential for this post, • Able to respond flexibly and quickly in times of crisis to support foster carers with the challenges of looked after young people, • Be IT literate, • Full driving licence and your own transport.
