Position: Manufacturing Operative Location: Daventry Salary: - £25,000 Hours: 8am - 4pm with 30 mins unpaid lunch (37.5 hours per week). Manufacturing Operative required for automotive small/medium component manufacturer based in Daventry. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the manufacturing and automotive industry. The Role My client is seeking an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to safely set and operate CNC machinery in line with internal quality and safety standards. The role involves machining metal components, carrying out detailed quality checks and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a morning shift position.
