We're delighted to be partnering with a leading international business to recruit a Nightshift Equipment Coordinator to join their busy night operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, teamwork and customer service are key. You'll play a vital role in ensuring equipment is allocated, tracked, prepared and dispatched efficiently to support customer requirements. As an Equipment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the movement of equipment throughout the operation, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating equipment allocation and availability across multiple departments, • Ensuring equipment is accurately picked, checked and prepared for dispatch, • Managing job documentation and maintaining accurate records, • Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met, • Supporting vehicle loading and dispatch operations, • Monitoring stock movements and equipment tracking systems, • Processing returns and ensuring equipment is correctly recorded back into stock, • Managing sub-hire equipment checks and associated paperwork, • Ensuring all operational procedures are followed accurately and consistently, • Maintaining high levels of organisation and attention to detail in a busy environment ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in an operational environment.
