Role Description Astute Healthcare Limited is seeking a full-time Recruitment Specialist to join our team on-site in Aylesbury. The Recruitment Specialist will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads. This role involves managing candidate pipelines, onboarding new hires, and contributing to training and development strategies. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with recruitment goals is essential. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes, • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration, • Experience in Training and developing new team members, • Ability to manage recruitment systems and candidate databases, • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices, • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills, • Relevant experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is a plus, • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, • Develop region-specific sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, • Screen candidates and coordinate structured interview processes, • Manage offers, salary benchmarking, and negotiations, • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and GDPR, • Maintain ATS data and improve recruitment processes, • Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire), • Key Requirements:, • Experience in global or multi-country recruitment, • Knowledge of hiring practices in USA, UK, NL, or Germany, • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), • Preferred:, • International recruitment exposure, • Knowledge of GDPR and compliance requirements, • Experience in fast-paced or high-volume hiring environments, • Core Skills:, • Global mindset and cultural awareness, • Strong organization and attention to detail, • Proactive, results-driven approach
