Mina’s London 20 Motcomb Street, Belgravia, London SW1X We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our kitchen team at Mina’s London, a busy neighbourhood restaurant in Belgravia. The role is mainly focused on prep and production rather than running the kitchen. Day-to-day tasks include preparing vegetables, weighing ingredients, following recipes, assembling dishes, and helping keep the kitchen clean and organised. You don’t need to be a formally trained chef, but some kitchen experience and a good work ethic are important. We’re looking for someone serious about the job who wants stability and to be part of a team, not just something short term. Our kitchen team is very international and friendly, with people from Brazil, Ukraine, the UK and other backgrounds. Someone who enjoys working in a diverse team and integrates easily will fit in very well. Typical schedule is four double shifts per week with three days off, usually around 11:00am to 10:30pm. Flexibility is important as shifts may adapt depending on business needs. Pay: £14–£14.50 per hour depending on experience.
