About the role: Your tasks and responsibilities will depend on the daily allocation done by your manager. Residential Child/Young Person Support Worker Location: Farnworth, Bolton Salary: Days £13ph, Nights £13.20ph, Sleep-in £70 per night Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, mixed shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins) Are you an experienced residential childcare professional looking for a position at a setting where experience is valued and where you are supported with ongoing training and development with the possibility of career progression? This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-quality children’s residential service supporting young people aged 8–16yrs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). About the Role: As a Support worker, you’ll play a key role in the daily running of the home, supporting the Senior Support worker to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people. You’ll promote a nurturing and structured environment, and act as a role model in line with Ofsted and safeguarding standards.
