Residential Child/Young Person Support Worker Location: Farnworth, Bolton Salary: Days £13ph, Nights £13.20ph, Sleep-in £70 per night Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, mixed shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins) Are you an experienced residential childcare professional looking for a position at a setting where experience is valued and where you are supported with ongoing training and development with the possibility of career progression? About the Role: As a Support worker, you’ll play a key role in the daily running of the home, supporting the Senior Support worker to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people. You’ll promote a nurturing and structured environment, and act as a role model in line with Ofsted and safeguarding standards. Key Responsibilities: • Promote a safe, caring and homely environment for young people., • Support care planning, risk assessments and daily record keeping., • Lead by example and help develop staff through coaching and guidance., • Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times., • Build positive relationships with young people, families and professionals., • Minimum 2 years Experience in Children's Residential setting, • Experience working with young people with EBD in a residential setting., • Verifiable complete employment history, • Enhanced DBS certificate with registration on Digital update service., • Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills., • Full UK driving licence., • Willingness to work shifts, including sleep-ins and occasional lone working., • Competitive salary, • Ongoing training and development., • Supportive, values-led team culture., • Opportunities for progression up to Deputy Manager and beyond

Based in Walkden, Salford, Manchester. Role Description This is a self employed part-time, on-site role based in Walkden, Salford, Manchester for a TikTok Live Host. The TikTok Live Host will engage with an online audience, showcase products, and create interactive and dynamic live content to promote Scented Aromas products. Daily tasks include hosting live sessions, answering customer inquiries in real-time, demonstrating product features, driving sales through engaging storytelling, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also assist in understanding audience preferences and provide valuable feedback to the team. You will pack orders live as they come through to showcase the brand. You will create flash sales & offers to boost tje brands sales for that day. Qualifications Must have previous Tiktok live presenting experience Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a live online audience. Customer service skills and a professional, approachable demeanor. Ability to train on product knowledge to effectively showcase products during live sessions. Basic understanding of sales strategies and ability to drive customer purchases during live events. Comfortable working on-site and managing live social media activities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with TikTok or other social media platforms is essential. MUST be able to drive to get to our unit. We are looking for someone to start ASAP. This will be a self employed basis and you must arrange your own tax purposes. We are looking for morning hours preferably with some evening work - which will be discussed. Must be flexible. 2-3 days per week- with chance of increase / decrease of days depending on time of year. £13.50 per hour. Kitchen and bathroom on site. M28 area.
