Territory Sales Representative – Dental Implants South Wales | Field-Based | Training Provided Package • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience), • Commission on all sales from day one, • Structured training programme, • Car allowance + fully expensed travel, • Laptop & phone, • Pension The Opportunity Our client is a globally recognised dental implant manufacturer offering a rare chance to break into medical device sales — with full training provided at the outset. This is not a graduate scheme. We are looking for someone with strong commercial instincts and genuine hunger, who is ready to commit to building a career in this field. The Territory You will own the South Wales territory — covering Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and surrounding areas — working with private dental practices and referral centres. You must be based in South Wales. Being local is not just preferred; it is essential. The Welsh dental market rewards those who are embedded in it. The Role After an initial training period, you will be expected to hit the ground running independently. This is a solo field role — you will be out visiting practices, building your own relationships, and developing your territory from scratch. There is no hand-holding once you are up to speed, and that is by design. This market takes time to crack. You will hear a lot of no’s. You will go back to the same practices multiple times before you see a conversion. What matters is that you do not take that personally, you stay consistent, and you keep showing up. The people who do well here are those who can build genuine rapport with clinicians quickly — getting to the point without wasting their time, and earning trust through competence and persistence rather than charm alone. If you are looking for a role where results come quickly and easily, this is not it. If you are looking for one where the effort you put in directly determines what you earn and where your career goes — it could be exactly right.
