This is a unique opportunity to join a state-of-the-art engine overhaul facility and benefit from industry-leading training.\n\nTo be considered for this position, you should be an experienced aircraft engine mechanic and hold the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.\n\nJob Title: Engine Support Mechanic\n Location: Heathrow Airport\n Job Type: Permanent, Fulltime \n Shift: 5-5-4 plus shift premium and London weighting allowance\n Package: Highly competitive salary + exceptional benefits package including \n Company funded Bupa private medical healthcare, medical assistance schemes, access to retail & gym membership discounts, competitive company pension scheme\n\nScope of Role\n\nAs a Global Engine Support Mechanic, you will perform and certify a range of on-wing and off-wing engine maintenance and inspection tasks in accordance with approved maintenance data and Part-145 regulatory requirements, while ensuring full compliance with the policies and procedures outlined in the company's Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE).\n\nResponsibilities \n\nAdherence to company HSE, compliance and quality standards, policies and procedures\nCompletion and release to service of critical engine maintenance and inspection activities\nCompliance to 145 regulations and approved maintenance data\nAccurate completion of maintenance records and documentation\nRepresent the company in a customer focused environment\nCollaborate and communicate effectively within muti-functional and diverse teams\nObtain the relevant competencies, approvals and passes required to deliver the role\n Experience & Qualifications: \n\nMinimum 24 months experience of aircraft and or engine line & base maintenance / MRO activities\nExperience of working on Rolls-Royce, GE, CFM / LEAP engines\nExperience of issuing ARC / release to service documentation is preferable\nExperience of carrying out Engine Borescope inspections is preferable
