We’re looking for an Account Director to join our high performing team. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Account Director to lead the strategic direction, performance, and growth of a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery across every touchpoint. You’ll act as a senior partner to clients, developing strong relationships, identifying opportunities for innovation or expansion, and ensuring that our work consistently aligns with commercial, strategic, and performance objectives. You’ll take responsibility for developing your team through coaching, giving them opportunities to grow, and providing the feedback along the way. What you’ll be doing · Leading Client Management – Oversee the full spectrum of client service delivery, ensuring excellence across account strategy, communication, performance, and project management. · Driving Media Planning Strategy – Shape the strategic approach behind multi-channel paid media, ensuring campaigns are innovative, high-performing, and aligned with client goals. · Financial Leadership – Approve all financial reporting and tracking for clients and internal stakeholders and provide accurate forecasting to support planning and resourcing decisions. · Developing & Leading Teams – Provide formal HR line management to your team, including performance management, coaching, development planning, and ongoing mentorship. · Client Reporting – Review and sign off weekly client performance reports, ensuring clarity of insights, high-quality storytelling, and strategic recommendations. · Quarterly Business Reviews – Lead the strategy, development, and sign-off of Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring they deliver high-value insight and direction for clients. Your skills You’ll bring strong Account Director level experience managing client accounts within a marketing or media environment, with a proven ability to lead teams, shape strategy, and deliver commercial success. You’ll also have: · Advanced media marketing expertise with strong understanding of funnel strategy · Confident platform knowledge across Programmatic, Paid Social, and Paid Search · Product expertise across relevant platforms and tools · Excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously · Experience with forecasting and invoicing · Proven line management experience with a passion for developing others · Experience of recruitment marketing would be interesting, but is at the bottom of this list for a reason What you’ll get You’ll have the opportunity to shape client strategy at a senior level while directly influencing the growth and evolution of the agency.
