Business Development Manager – Breast Implants We are partnering with a global breast implant manufacturer recognised for premium product quality, strong surgeon loyalty, and consistent long term clinical performance. Due to expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the cosmetic surgery market throughout the South West and East of England, excluding London. Role Overview • Drive regional growth through structured territory planning and targeted engagement with cosmetic surgeons and key private clinics., • Build and maintain long term relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, practice managers and commercial decision makers., • Deliver confident, credible product presentations, clinical training, and educational workshops., • Maintain consistently high service standards to strengthen loyalty, retention, and repeat business., • Take full ownership of regional targets and performance, managing the full sales cycle from opportunity through to ongoing account development., • Monitor market activity, competitor positioning, and customer insight to inform commercial strategy., • Represent the business at relevant industry meetings, congresses, and educational events., • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure aligned messaging, campaigns, and commercial priorities. Candidate Profile • Proven track record in medical sales, ideally within cosmetic surgery, surgical devices, or medical aesthetics., • Commercially sharp and able to position premium products effectively within a competitive private market., • Credible and confident in front of senior surgeons and experienced clinical professionals., • Self directed, organised, and comfortable managing a large geographic territory with minimal supervision., • Professional, consistent, and personally accountable for results., • Full UK driving licence.
