We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. Give this a watch: 🎬 ___ About The Role We are looking for a Head of Social to lead, elevate, and scale the Sisters & Seekers social presence globally. This is not a volume-led content role - it is an attention to detail, taste, and execution-led leadership position. You will sit at the intersection of brand, product, and performance, acting as the key conduit between the founders’ creative vision and the social team’s output. You will own the end-to-end social ecosystem - from agreed concept and planning through to execution and optimisation - ensuring every piece of content reflects the quality, identity, and ambition of the brand with on-time delivery. Your core focus will be TikTok and Instagram, while strategically scaling Pinterest and YouTube into meaningful growth channels. Key Responsibilities Social Strategy & Channel Ownership Own and evolve the global social strategy across: • TikTok (primary growth engine), • Instagram (brand & community), • Pinterest (discovery & inspiration), • YouTube (longer-form storytelling) Define clear channel roles, content pillars, and success metrics Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats Balance brand storytelling with performance-driven content Content Direction & Brand Execution Uphold the standard for all social output in alignment with brand creative direction Ensure exceptional attention to detail across: • Lighting, composition, and location, • Styling consistency aligned to brand DNA, • Product presentation (fit, fabric, movement) Storytelling Excellence Work closely with Product, Styling, and Campaign teams to: • Bring product to life through unique and storyteller style creative, • Highlight fit, quality, and key selling features, • Plan how social storytelling is strategically rolled out, • Be ambitious and open to trying new ideas to be industry pioneers, • Translate product drops into high-impact social moments, • Have an understanding of how we are connecting with our community through emotion and storytelling Planning & Campaign Integration Responsible for time management of team to achieve ambitious plans end to end Own forward planning of all social content, ensuring: • Alignment to product drops and commercial calendar, • Integration with campaigns, shoots, and brand moments, • Alignment with pop culture moments and external trends, • Ensure all departments are aligned and prepared for launches with excellent communication, • Anticipate and plan for platform shifts and seasonal trends Social Projects Manage and track progress of social-first projects, including: • New content formats (e.g. TikTok Live, series content), • Extension of brand activations, • Coordinate cross-functionally with:, • Product, • Marketing, • Influencer, • Creative / Design, • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest standard Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop the social team (in-house + freelancers) Set clear expectations around: • Quality and attention to detail standards, • Output cadence, • Creative benchmarks Build a culture of: • High standards, • Ownership, • Ambitious mindset, • Identify capability gaps and support hiring where needed What Good Looks Like • Social content feels pioneering within the market, • Clear, differentiated brand identity across all platforms, • Continuing our strong storytelling to capture attention and desire, • Understanding of data and the algorithm to leverage success, • People and mentorship skills that get the best out of a team, • Discipline and efficiency to ensure an organised end-to-end social ecosystem Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience leading social for a fashion or lifestyle brand, • Deep expertise in all-round expertise marketing, photo and video, • Experience scaling or launching emerging channels (Pinterest / YouTube), • Strong track record of delivering high-quality, brand-led content 👖 Industry: A leading womenswear fashion ecommerce company based near Chester.
