This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Manager or Assistant Manager looking to step up into a leadership role within a growing and highly reputable accident repair group. This role will see you responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy bodyshop, ensuring productivity, efficiency and quality standards are maintained while leading and motivating the workshop team. Key Responsibilities • Manage the daily operations of a busy accident repair centre, • Lead, motivate and develop a team of technicians, panel beaters, painters and support staff, • Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to manufacturer and insurance standards, • Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability, • Manage work allocation and ensure jobs progress through the workshop smoothly, • Maintain strong relationships with insurers, suppliers and customers, • Ensure health & safety and company standards are maintained at all times, • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Requirements • Previous experience working as a Bodyshop Manager, Workshop Manager or Assistant Bodyshop Manager, • Strong background within accident repair / bodyshop environments, • Proven leadership and team management experience, • Strong organisational and operational management skills, • Ability to drive workshop performance and productivity, • Good knowledge of bodyshop processes, insurance work and repair standards, • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and successful accident repair group offering stability, career progression and a supportive working environment.
