Role Purpose\n As a Nursery Assistant Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and thrive. Working alongside our Early Years team, you will support the planning and delivery of engaging learning experiences that promote each child's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. \n Your ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues will ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and well-being are maintained at all times. Through effective teamwork, observation, and support, you will contribute to an inclusive environment that enables every child to reach their full potential and develop a lifelong love of learning.
