Whether you're an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Paramedic Practitioner, this is an opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a flexible role while making a real difference to patients every day.This role offers a mixture of face-to-face consultations, remote consultations and clinical administration, allowing you to utilise your advanced clinical skills across a wide range of patient presentations. Delivering advanced clinical careYou'll assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients presenting with a wide range of undifferentiated and acute conditions, providing safe, evidence-based care at the point of first contact.? Prescribing and clinical decision-makingAs a Prescriber, you'll prescribe medications independently following clinical assessment and examination, ensuring treatment plans are tailored to individual patient needs and aligned to current best practice.? Managing complex patient presentationsYou'll assess patients' physical, psychological and social needs, determining the most appropriate treatment, discharge or referral pathway while ensuring patient safety remains at the centre of every decision.? Supporting long-term condition management and women's healthYou'll utilise your expertise to support patients with ongoing health needs, contributing to improved outcomes through proactive and preventative care.? Contributing to quality and clinical governanceYou'll work within IC24's clinical governance framework, participating in audits, quality improvement initiatives and shared learning activities that support the continuous development of services.? Collaborating across multidisciplinary teamsYou'll work closely with GPs, nurses, allied health professionals and wider healthcare partners, ensuring coordinated, patient-centred care and seamless communication across services.?
