General Manager Location: London (multi-site group) Salary: £42,000–£47,000 + performance bonus Hours: Full-time Key Requirements (Must-Have) • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a high-volume restaurant (5+ years), • Strong leadership and team development track record, • Solid commercial awareness with P&L ownership, • Ability to drive sales, profitability, and performance targets, • Hands-on approach with a passion for guest experience, food, and service standards About Us We’re a growing all-day dining group with three London sites and more openings on the way. Our focus is on quality, consistency, and building strong teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Role As General Manager, you will take full ownership of your restaurant, leading your team to deliver excellent service, strong financial performance, and a positive, high-performing culture. This is site based, and you will spend your time on the floor.
