As the Kitchen Assistant, you will work alongside the owner and production team, helping to produce high-end desserts and afternoon teas for a variety of clients across London.     To support the Practice Manager in the effective administration and CQC implantation of the practice. The PA to Practice Manager will work under the direction of the Practice Manager, striving to enhance several key systems in both clinical and administrative areas. As this role will have access to a higher level of confidential data in the course of their employment, there is an expectation that the post holder will always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity. Sensitive information could be from either internal sources, or from external partner organisations. The PA will also champion quality and improvement programmes, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, and learning and development, promoting a positive working environment. They will work closely alongside the Practice Manager and Deputy Practice Manager. In addition, the post-holder will support the multi-disciplinary team, providing administrative support as required, in line with the needs of the organisation. Duties can include, but are not limited to, supporting the administration and receptionist teams with patient registration, booking appointments, the processing of information (electronic and hard copy) in a timely manner and in accordance with current policies. The post-holder will support staff with the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers. The post-holder will be an integral part of the general practice team.
