Empowering Learning are working with a Primary School to recruit for a Teaching Assistant on a long term contract to support all year groups. This is a large Academy school with some superb teaching profesionals. You will be required to teach inside and outside the classroom. You will be required to support both higher and lower abilities with some SEN support. You will need to be: Passionate about working with individual children and catering to their specific needs Experience in working with interventions Able to work within an established team in addition to the senior leadership team of the school. Work the Hours of 08:30am-15:30pm Able to commit to meetings with parents and outside agencies. The school is situated with great local transport links and shops.
