Daily Operations Management Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. Address and resolve any issues that may arise during service hours. 2. Team Leadership & Training Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service. Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and morale. 3. Customer Relations Act as the primary point of contact for customers during service, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. 4. Quality Control & Compliance Monitor hygiene, health & safety regulations, and service quality standards at all times. Inventory & Cost Control Assist in managing inventory, placing orders, and controlling costs related to front-of-house operations.
