Key Responsibilities: Supervising Waitstaff: Head waiters train, motivate, and supervise the waiting staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards. Managing Dining Room Operations: This includes organizing seating arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring the dining area is clean and well-maintained. Customer Service: They handle guest complaints, address inquiries, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Coordination with Kitchen: They communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery. Promoting a Positive Atmosphere: Head waiters create a welcoming and efficient environment for both staff and guests. Maintaining Standards: They ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in the dining area. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate a team. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication is essential for interacting with both staff and guests. Customer Service Skills: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle challenging situations. We’re looking for a full-time Pick & Pack Operative to join our friendly and professional logistics team here at Fusion Fulfilment a fast-growing order fulfilment business based in Newbury.
