The role As our Breakfast Sous Chef, you'll take ownership of the breakfast operation at Brasserie Olivia. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver our new French breakfast offer, from preparation and service to stock, ordering and daily organisation. You'll be the first chef in the restaurant each morning, taking responsibility for setting up breakfast service and making sure everything is ready for the day ahead.
