Fadiga Ristorante Bolognese is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our team in the heart of Soho, London. We are an independent Italian restaurant specialising in fresh handmade pasta and authentic Bolognese cuisine. Responsibilities • Wash dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment, • Keep the kitchen clean, organised and hygienic at all times, • Assist chefs with basic food preparation, • Receive and store deliveries, • Dispose of rubbish and recycling, • Support the kitchen team during busy service, • Help with opening and closing kitchen duties, • Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures Requirements • Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or Kitchen Assistant is preferred, • Hardworking, reliable and punctual, • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen, • Positive attitude and strong team player, • Good communication skills, • Right to work in the UK What we offer • £15.00 per hour, • Full-time, permanent position, • Staff meals on shift, • Friendly and supportive working environment, • Opportunity to grow within the business, • Immediate start If you're motivated, enjoy working as part of a team and are looking for a long-term opportunity in a busy independent restaurant, we'd love to hear from you.
