Qualifications and Experience 3+ years of experience as a bar manager in a high-volume bar, live entertainment venue, or nightlife establishment. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams in fast-paced environments. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and inventory management systems. Experience with NYC liquor laws, compliance, and health standards is a must. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure. We are looking for someone who can set up a hotel breakfast service from 530 am to 12pm weekdays and some weekends. Welcome guests and receive payments. It is a buffet breakfast so items to be replenished as needed. Then end of shift breakdown. We also have availability in other areas of rooftop.
