Your Role with Us: - Offer exceptional hospitality to each guest that walks through our doors and delivers Carmine’s family style dining experience. - Greet guests in a timely and professional manner and take their orders while consistently using suggestive selling techniques. - Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging the guest about both Carmine’s and Virgil’s locations and inviting them back again for Special Events and Catering experiences. - Consistently delivering a high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that food orders are accurate. - Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables rapidly and accurately; all Server’s may be scheduled for food runner shifts. - Serve food and beverage orders within established time frames once the entire order is complete. - Complete all side work necessary at the end of every shift. - Work with the entire team in the front of the house and the kitchen to ensure the guest has the best possible experience.
