This is your chance to: • Own growth strategy for a premium DTC business, • Collaborate with talented creatives, product thinkers, and brand builders, • Drive measurable impact across revenue, conversion, and customer lifetime value As the Digital Commerce Growth Manager, you will be a strategic driver of Briggs & Riley’s digital revenue growth. This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all performance marketing efforts across paid and organic acquisition channels, delivering profitable new customer growth and maximizing return on media investment. Your work will accelerate growth through: Performance Marketing Leadership • Lead strategy and execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate/Partnerships, Display, Programmatic, Remarketing, and SEO/GEO initiatives., • Manage and guide external partners to ensure strong execution, aligned goals, and optimal results., • Define audience strategy, benchmarks, and KPIs for new customer acquisition., • Build forecasts and manage advertising budgets across all markets., • Analyze performance across analytics platforms and transform data into actionable recommendations., • Implement UTMs and ensure proper tracking, tagging, and data integrity across the digital ecosystem., • Partner with internal teams, aligning on messaging, creative needs, campaign calendars, and product priorities., • Provide insights to inform creative development across ad formats and funnel stages., • Identify and evaluate new media channels and testing opportunities., • Stay current with digital trends, platform innovations, and emerging technologies. Qualifications • 5–7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a deep expertise on acquisition marketing, performance media, and paid channels., • 2-3 years must be leading campaign strategy and investment planning., • Proven record of growing DTC revenue through acquisition marketing., • Expertise across acquisition platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, and affiliate networks., • Proficient with data tools including Google Analytics, in-platform reporting, and attribution modeling tools., • Experience managing significant advertising budgets and making data-led decisions., • Ability to synthesize data-driven insights into strategy that supports broader business goals., • Experience in luxury or premium consumer goods is a plus! Schedule Full Time, 9 am – 5 pm EST Hybrid Schedule – Monday & Friday remote!
