Job Description The Unaccompanied Children Program provides long term and transitional residential care and other supportive services to Unaccompanied Children (UC) who are under legal custody of the Federal Government. Working in collaboration with the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement, ORR, our program provides a safe and nurturing environment for youth in a Basic Shelter program located at our licensed residential facilities as well as a Transitional Foster Care program in foster homes in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Westchester. In all programs, we provide therapeutic, medical and educational services, as well as other supports that youth need to achieve success through an array of strength-based and targeted interventions as we link them with family members and/or other sponsors in the United States. About the Role The PRS Level 3 Clinician delivers intensive, trauma-informed clinical services to Unaccompanied Children (UC) and their sponsor families post-release, in compliance with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Policy Guide Section 6. Level 3 PRS is reserved for children experiencing heightened vulnerabilities or special circumstances such as psychological needs, family conflict or crisis, safety risks, or educational challenges. The Opportunity We're building something new for New York City's independent drivers — the people who keep the city moving but are often left out of traditional healthcare systems. Together with the Independent Drivers Guild and the Workers Benefit Fund (WBF), we launched the Worker Healthy Living Program (WHLP) — a lifestyle medicine–informed program designed to help drivers live healthier, longer lives through food, movement, sleep, stress management, and community. Program/Department Description Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) is an innovative, creative, trauma-informed, harm reduction oriented mobile practice model designed to provide treatment, rehabilitation and support services to individuals whose needs have not been met by traditional services. IMT participants interact with homeless services, criminal justice, and behavioral health service systems. IMT teams are hired, trained and funded to maximize flexibility and continuity of care for persons who historically have been poorly served. Community Access’ IMT Teams serve individuals who are street homeless or living between institutional settings and housing. Team members work collaboratively with settings in which the participant is living and use assertive engagement strategies to proactively engage individuals in services. IMT team members share responsibility for the people they serve, helping individuals attain housing and other personal and safety goals that may be of a health, social, work or education nature. IMT teams are multi-disciplinary and include psychiatry, nursing, social work, peer specialists and other staff members offering rehabilitation, treatment and recovery support services. The team provides expertise in the areas of housing, substance use and harm reduction, criminal justice, peer support and behavioral health recovery. Based on their area of expertise, team members collaborate to deliver comprehensive, integrated and flexible services that are responsive to a participant’s choices, needs and goals. With a small staff to participant ratio, services are brought to the participant and offered in natural settings, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Job Description New York City is the larges fleet team for Voyager Global Mobility. Given the size and scale of our operations, the Fleet Associate plays a vital role in ensuring fleet efficiency, safety, and readiness across all active vehicles in the branch. The Fleet Associate supports the Fleet team in the day-to-day operations of vehicle management, including maintenance coordination, recordkeeping, vendor communication, and on-site vehicle upkeep. Your attention to detail and diligence ensures our driver customers enjoy spotless, well-maintained vehicles which keeps them satisfied and on the road! You will report to the Fleet Manager. Essential Job Functions • Assist the Fleet team in scheduling and tracking vehicle maintenance/repairs/inspections and coordinating with vendors and service providers for vehicle pickup and drop-off., • Ensure all maintenance is completed on time and in accordance with company standards., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet operations, including mileage, maintenance history, and service schedules; enter and update vehicle information in company systems., • Maintain open communication between the fleet team, branch staff, and detailer to ensure smooth operations., • Assist in tracking and managing inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies used for vehicle maintenance., • Perform or assist with light vehicle maintenance tasks such as replacing windshield wipers, air filters, and checking oil/fluid levels as needed., • Assist in cleaning and preparing vehicles for deployment as needed, ensuring all units meet cleanliness and presentation standards., • Perform other duties as assigned.
