A day in the life: • Assist & Advise: Help customers make informed product selections by asking the right questions and actively listening to their needs. Troubleshoot and answer technical questions, offering alternative or substitute products when necessary., • Build Relationships: Develop strong rapport with customers, recognizing and greeting regular customers by name.
