Position Summary The Climate and Nature Impact Director is a leadership role responsible for maintaining and advancing Textile Exchanges position as a trusted authority. This role will oversee the shaping of our thought leadership agenda - developing bold, credible narratives and frameworks on topics such as regenerative agriculture, circularity, nature and biodiversity, and system transformation. This role requires a visionary strategic leader with demonstrated experience crafting compelling business cases for climate and nature action and influencing systems-level change in the textile, apparel, or broader sustainability sectors. The Director will help shape the narrative that fuels Textile Exchanges impacttoday and into the future. This position reports to the Chief Impact Officer.
