This role assists with onboarding, employee support, HRIS administration, benefits coordination, compliance tracking, recruiting support, and employee lifecycle processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to gain exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources while working alongside an experienced and collaborative HR team. Key Responsibilities: • Support daily Human Resources operations, projects, and administrative processes, • Respond to employee questions and HR inquiries while ensuring appropriate escalation of sensitive matters, • Manage onboarding and new hire processes, including tracking employment requirements and onboarding documentation, • Support employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, changes, benefits updates, and separations, • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data within Paycom, • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee education, • Coordinate documentation and communications related to annual open enrollment, • Support benefits recordkeeping processes, • Maintain confidentiality of employees’ payroll, and HR-related information, • Conduct audits of HR records and assist with compliance tracking and corrective actions, • Support performance review processes, communications, and tracking, • Assist with employee engagement and HR communication initiatives, • Collaborate with HR team members to improve processes and enhance employee experience, • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications • Minimum of one (1) year of professional or corporate work experience required, • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience, • Basic understanding of Human Resources principles and practices, • Experience with HRIS platforms preferred; Paycom experience is a plus, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Why Join Us?
