We are seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of experience in product liability/asbestos litigation. The position is based in our Long Island (Uniondale) office with the ability to work in New York City. Educational/Experience Requirements • JD degree required with excellent academic credentials, • New York Bar Admission; New Jersey Bar Admission, a plus, • 3-5 years’ asbestos litigation experience including depositions and court appearances, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, • Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills, • Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients, • Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $150,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
