Job Description Director of Radiology Position Summary The Director of Radiology / Radiation Oncology is given general guidance and direction and is expected to function with initiative and independent judgement. Assists with the development, interpretation and implementation of departmental policies, budgets and goals of the Radiology department to ensure high quality service to customers. Possesses knowledge of human growth and development. Be able to understand the range of treatment needed by each patient age group.
