Position: Supply Planning Specialist Job Type: Full-time (Non-exempt) Location: Englewood, NJ (In office) Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 Role Overview The Supply & Distribution Planning Specialist is responsible for end-to-end supply planning and distribution planning across multiple B2C channels and warehouses. Ensure smooth, accurate, and timely data transmissions; troubleshoot technical issues as needed., • Manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and assembly facilities to ensure efficient and timely shipping and delivery of e-commerce and retail orders. Oversee specialty services and value-added projects, including creating and managing BOMs., • Coordinate the transportation and delivery of finished goods, components, and shipping materials, ensuring that all shipments are documented, tracked, and managed effectively for both domestic and international transportation., • Monitor inventory levels across all locations, flagging and addressing discrepancies as needed. Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce shrinkage., • Administer client purchase orders and production timelines, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely completion of orders. Position Summary The Planner manages and optimizes inventory levels to meet sales demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence. The role supports the Wholesale and Amazon P1 (Vendor Central) businesses, covering seasonal assortment planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, and order execution. Key Responsibilities Inventory Planning & Optimization • Manage inventory levels across Wholesale and Amazon Vendor Central to align with sales targets and service level goals., • Monitor sell-through, weeks-of-supply, and inventory turn; proactively resolve inbalances., • Maintain optimal safety stock and reorder points by channel and category., • Build and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts using sales history, trend analysis, and market inputs., • Integrate promotional calendars and seasonal plans into forecasts with cross-functional partners., • Provide inventory positioning and open-to-buy analysis to support seasonal buys., • Execute replenishment orders to maintain in-stock targets across all channels., • Manage purchase orders from issuance through receipt, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery., • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to resolve discrepancies and prioritize inbound inventory., • Build and distribute weekly inventory health reports and KPI dashboards for leadership., • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support decisions across channels, categories, and seasons.
