About the Role We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager to drive digital growth for MCoBeauty across the US. This role owns performance across DTC and Amazon and supports key online marketplaces, including Target.com, and Walmart.com, partnering closely with retail account managers while leading the direct-to-consumer business. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of scaling ecommerce businesses across multiple channels, with deep expertise in DTC and Amazon, and a solid understanding of retailer.com ecosystems. Build deep relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction. * Take accountability for NRR across your book of business.
