LICENSURE Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association and current, unrestricted license in the state of practice, if the practice is regulated in the applicable state. EXPERIENCE At least one year current experience as an Occupational Therapist in a clinical setting. CREDENTIALS CPR as required by client facility; health and other screening tests as required by specific facilities and state regulations. ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS Various client facility settings; possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious materials.
